SHIPPING POLICY (South Africa)

We deliver anywhere in South Africa using trusted couriers.


1. DELIVERY TIME

  • Main cities: 1–3 working days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 working days
  • Rural/outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched.


2. SHIPPING FEES

  • Flat rate: R100
  • Free delivery: Orders over R2000


3. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm: dispatched same or next working day
  • Orders after 12:00pm or during sales: add 1–2 more processing days


4. TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.


5. DELIVERY NOTES

Please ensure:

  • The delivery address is correct
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

If a parcel returns due to non-collection or incorrect address, re-delivery fees apply.


6. DELAYS

There may be delays due to:

  • Load shedding
  • Weather
  • Courier issues
  • High-volume periods

We’ll always assist in tracking your parcel.


7. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • We’ll investigate with the courier

If the courier confirms it is lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.


8. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos
  • Email us within 48 hours

We’ll replace or refund the item once assessed.
